The selection of parameters and quality control are of fundamental importance in the production of Hertz speakers.

Every component is subjected to numerous inspections along the production chain, and selected according to rigorous criteria and extremely tight tolerances. To meet the needs of the most fanatical enthusiasts, an extremely precise and selective coupling procedure was developed for the ML 280 tweeters.

The ML 280 Signature components are selected at the end of the production phase, through an analysis that evaluates their behavior both in the time domain and in the frequency domain. The collected data is entered into a specially developed program that analyzes their performance and performs the coupling of the parts according to the serial number. The result is a package containing a pair of tweeters that are absolutely identical, able to express state-of-the-art performance in reference audio systems.
