How to use a voucher or coupon code

RGsound dedicates exclusive offers to its customers and registered users that may also contain promotional codes (coupons) or discount vouchers. The promotional code is personal, is sent by e-mail and is linked to the customer's registration address, therefore it is not transferable to third parties: the promotion is limited to a single order and a single account. The discount voucher is not cumulative with other ongoing promotions on the same products, is not transferable nor convertible into cash.

The discount voucher will not be refunded, nor can it be reused in case of return or cancellation of the order made using the discount voucher. RgSound reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate this promotion at any time.

Step by step procedure to take advantage of the coupon or voucher:

1. After choosing and adding the product to your cart, proceed by clicking the "Go to Checkout" button to complete your purchase
2. You will then find the step "Select Payment Method", after which you can enter your voucher code in the field below "Coupon"
3. Click on "Apply discount code" to use your discount voucher
4. Check that the voucher has been used correctly
5. The discount is directly deducted from the order amount
6. By clicking on "Complete Order" you will see a summary of all your data and you will be sent an e-mail containing the order summary.
7. If you do not want to use the coupon code or voucher, you can remove it by clicking on "Remove" to the right of the coupon code field
