Shipping
All prices shown include 22% VAT and any other taxes. Prices are subject to change, even short-term, due to limited or expiring offers. Shipping costs are progressive and vary based on the order amount; the amounts are visible within each individual product page, in the cart and on the order summary.
For certain items "free" shipping is provided and specifically stated in the product page. Shipping costs are not cumulative but refer to the individual order regardless of the number of products purchased.
Shipping Cost*:
- 7.00 € for purchases up to 400.00 €
- 5.00 € for purchases over 400.00 €
- Batteries have different costs due to weight and insurance for possible transport damage; costs are indicated directly in the cart and checkout
- Free on specific products
- For international shipments, the cost indicated is approximate and may vary. The actual cost will be calculated once the package is prepared, as it depends on the weight and dimensions of the same. In some cases, an additional payment may be required before proceeding with shipment.
*The shipping cost does not refer to mere transport but includes adequate preparation and packaging of the purchased products; the shipment is covered by our insurance and we are responsible for the condition of the products until delivery.
The couriers used for our shipments are Bartolini or GLS; for abroad DHL and SDA
The customer is required to verify the packaging or product (if visible - for example in the case of batteries) and in case of signs of tampering or damage to the same must accept with inspection reservation (wording to be noted on the carrier's delivery slip or mobile device) and communicate the anomaly to RG Sound via email with photos or open an assistance case from their user area within 24 hours of delivery.
