Beyma WL3 pair of line array drivers with 3'' x 0.4'' rectangular output at high sensitivity 105 dB

Neodymium magnetic circuit for high efficiency, effective acoustic coupling up to 18 kHz. Extended frequency range: 0.7 - 20 kHz. 1.75" voice coil for excellent power handling.

This combination of high-power neodymium compression drivers with wave guide offers a simple solution for building a line Array System, which solves the difficult problem of achieving optimal coupling between adjacent high-frequency transducers.

Instead of using expensive and complicated wave shaping devices, a simple but effective wave guide transforms the circular aperture of the compression driver into a rectangular surface, without excessive opening of the angle to provide low curvature to the acoustic wave front, managing to meet the curvature requirements for optimal acoustic coupling between adjacent sources up to 18 kHz. This is achieved with the minimum possible length for low distortion, but without being excessively short, which would cause strong high-frequency interference. This wave guide can be combined with speakers of different diameters but special combinations are with 6" and 5" speakers.
