Effective bass: new experience Since 2013, the USB series has been an integral part of the product portfolio: a series with tradition. The problem solver when it comes to intelligent and often hidden bass, installed hundreds of times in quite a few convertibles, motorhomes or classic cars. The renowned USB series (Under Seat Bass) stands out especially for its compact dimensions and solid die-cast aluminum housing. Now the housing and amplifier unit with the 150 mm (6") long-stroke driver have been reworked. The design already known from the ETON Stealth 7.1 DSP power amplifier was the inspiration for the new USB AR series. The solid aluminum housing has become even more rigid and resilient, thanks to the increased surface area, the accumulated thermal energy is better dissipated into the environment. The loadable driver 2 x 2 Ohm with dual voice coil has been adapted in moving mass to the new housing and optimized. The revised active module can now be operated without a remote control and provides a full 160 W (2 x 80 W) of musical power. Phase shift and an integrated low-pass filter round out the package. Modern and appealing design, German engineering and excellent craftsmanship in smart dimensions of only 290 x 202 x 77 mm (LxWxH) - 150 mm (6") active subwoofer 100 Hz and wired remote control. RCA bass and high-level inputs and phase shift 0°/180° complete the product. The long-stroke driver adapted to the volume with dual 2 x 2 Ohm voice coil allows powerful bass reproduction. The USB 6AR is also suitable for use in the FIAT Ducato III, in combination with the FIAT SUB KIT.
