Hifonics TRX6.2C 2-Way Component Speaker System 16.5 cm (6.5")

The powerful sounding TITAN component systems have a long tradition in the HiFonics speaker range. Excellent sound quality and durability, which surprises even with an excellent price-to-performance ratio, have always been particularly appreciated. But standing still is not an option in the world of sound technology either. That is why HiFonics developers have completely redesigned the models and combined them with innovative materials. The result is a sound that not only maintains the audiophile appeal of the Titan speakers, but exceeds it in many details.

The newly conceived composite membranes, made from a mixture of MICA and paper, which have proven superior in sound to previous membranes in many listening tests, contribute significantly to improving the sound of the new TITAN TRX speakers. Thanks to the composition of the MICA membrane, which is ultra-lightweight, very stable and excellently damping, the low and mid frequencies are always reproduced precisely and powerfully and distortion is minimized. The sound always remains neutral, clear and balanced. This means that every piece of music is reproduced in all its detail and dynamics.

Both TRX systems are equipped with high-quality crossovers that not only ensure precise separation between tweeter and mid-woofer, but also feature a 3-stage tweeter level adjustment to allow optimal sound adjustment. The TRX6.2C system is also equipped with a high-quality phase plug.

The new 25 mm TITAN TRX tweeter, also available separately in pairs, is now much more compact! The outer diameter is only 49 mm instead of 61 mm; the installation diameter is only 44 mm instead of 53 mm. Thanks to its flat design with an installation depth of only 9 mm, it fits easily into many original installation spaces. If the vehicle does not have a space for tweeter installation, you can use the surface mount housing supplied as standard.
