STP GOLD DOOR SOLUTION - is a self-adhesive flexible and elastic vibro-damping material. The material is a combination of multiple layers, which consists of an aluminum sheet and a polymer layer based on butyl rubber.
The material is water resistant and resistant to environmental influence; it has corrosion-prevention and sealing properties. Operability of moderate tropical climate in air quality conditions, at a temperature of 45 º C below zero to 100 º C above zero. Short-term exposure at a temperature of 190 º C is allowed.
The polymer layer based on butyl rubber allows easy mounting of the material to the vibrating surface and avoids the use of dangerous adhesives containing solvents.
The material is easily mounted on complex surfaces. It does not need to be heated during assembly, but can be assembled dry corrosion-prevention materials.
