STP GOLD DOOR SOLUTION - is a self-adhesive flexible and elastic vibro-damping material. The material is a combination of several layers, consisting of an aluminum sheet and a polymeric layer based on butyl rubber.
The material is water resistant and resistant to environmental influence; it has corrosion-prevention and sealing properties. Operability under moderate tropical climate conditions in air quality, at temperature from 45°C below zero to 100°C above zero. Short-term exposure at temperature of 190°C is allowed.
The polymeric layer based on butyl rubber allows easy mounting of the material to the vibrating surface and avoids the use of dangerous adhesives containing solvents.
The material is easily mounted on complex surfaces. It does not need to be heated during mounting, but can be assembled dry with corrosion-prevention materials.
