After designing the award-winning line of SPX-17PRO/SPX-13PRO speakers, Alpine's absolute priority was to produce speakers with no compromise between sound and quality. The objective is to develop an advanced speaker system that provides a dynamic unparalleled musical experience. The SPX-17PRO/SPX-13PRO speakers offer high frequency response, excellent resolution and deep bass power. In the car you will be able to listen to every type of music catching all the nuances of a multidimensional sound that surrounds the listener.

Woofer material
The design of Type-X speakers begins with the choice of woofer materials. The SPX-17PRO/SPX-13PRO speakers have a fiberglass cone with crossed ribs. This sophisticated design helps increase sound amplification while the material guarantees better bass response. The NRSC certificate (Non-Resonant Suspension Coupling) is a guarantee of these performances. The aluminum used to make the outside of the speakers prevents any sound distortion to emit cleaner sound waves.

External design
These speakers can handle a lot of power thanks to the NBR patent (Natural Butyl Rubber). The design and material ensure that the magnet structure maintains stable suspension in any type of driving without sacrificing the cone amplitude. All this ensures the elimination of distortion for better bass response, better sound quality and increased woofer reliability.

Structure
The SPX-17PRO/SPX-13PRO speakers are very efficient. They have low mounting depth and a thin structure thanks to neodymium. Neodymium is a very rare and expensive magnet that guarantees excellent performance and good sound control compared to other magnets.

Design
Because heat causes distortions, the SPX-17PRO and SPX-13PRO speakers have an aluminum structure that isolates sound waves from heat and keeps them pure in any driving condition.

Tweeter technology
The SPX-17PRO/SPX-13PRO speakers offer exceptional sound reproduction in every detail. This tweeter has a diameter of 1.25". The tweeter is adjustable and allows easy control in sound adjustment.

Sound purity
The high quality of these speakers guarantees excellent sound reproduction inside any vehicle. Since every vehicle has its own internal configuration, Alpine's original technology allows the configuration of SPX-17PRO/SPX-13PRO speakers in any mounting bay. The technology has been designed to optimize speaker performance. Six different modules tune the system to have excellent frequency response regardless of the position of the speakers inside the vehicle. Also four tweeter levels can be selected to have better pure sound performance.

Easy installation
Installation is easy and fast. The SPX-17PRO/SPX-13PRO speakers can be mounted on any vehicle thanks to a precise and universal design.
