If you listen to your music at high volume and want others to know it, the R-Series speakers are the right choice. You will be able to enjoy a centered soundstage with speakers that play loud and clear without distortion. The R-Series speakers are tuned with an emphasis on high and low frequencies, so as to provide power and produce an active and brilliant sound. They are the perfect match in terms of power and performance for the R-Series subwoofers and amplifiers.

The new R-Series 2022 speakers are all Hi-Res Audio certified and have a frequency response up to 40 kHz.

The R2-S65C is the 2-way model of the new R-Series 2022 speaker lineup. It is equipped with a 16.5 cm ported woofer and a 4.3 cm tweeter with frequency response up to 40 kHz.

Cone Reinforced with Fiberglass
The ported woofer is equipped with an all-new cone reinforced with fiberglass. This material is very rigid and extremely light, for super-fast response and extremely accurate music reproduction.

Composite Basket and Large Magnets
The standard models (R2-S65C, R2-S65, R2-S69C and R2-S69) are equipped with baskets in composite material (compared to the die-cast aluminum baskets of the PRO models), which makes them more accessible. They are suitable for larger magnets compared to previous generations (while maintaining the same mounting depth).

Hard Dome Tweeter with Hi-Res Audio Certification
The brand new hard dome tweeters in magnesium offer clear and detailed music reproduction and reproduce up to 40 kHz (Hi-Res Audio). You can choose to mount them flush in their threaded housing (for example in a door panel) or use the supplied dashboard brackets. The tweeters can be angled in their housing to point directly at the listening point.

Easy to Install Tweeter in Original Positions
Simply remove the R-Series tweeter installation frame and trim ring to minimize overall size and diameter. The tweeter itself is small enough to fit in many OEM tweeter positions (inside the pillars, mirror triangles or door panels), for discreet installation.

High-Pass X-Over Network
These small X-Over networks are very easy to install: in many cases you can keep the original wiring in the vehicle doors by simply inserting this network, saving a lot of time during installation. You can adjust the tweeter level of -3dB / 0dB / +3dB.

HAMR Surround
Alpine's HAMR Surround system (High-Amplitude Multi-Roll) allows you to achieve maximum cone excursion while maintaining excellent control. This results in strong bass at high volume without distortion.

New Speaker Grilles
The new speaker grilles with hexagon design have a very aggressive look and do not increase the overall installation diameter of the speakers.
