Developed to commemorate Morel's 45th anniversary, this elegant amplifier features gold-plated wiring connections, a specially designed internal signal path, low-noise Class AB architecture, low-tolerance surface-mounted electronic components and computerized thermal control, all to give you the utmost precision in music reproduction, along with pure and clean power. High-performance options for high-performance speakers.

The 2-channel MPS 2.150 Limited amplifier can power a pair of high-performance speakers with 150 watts RMS each. It can also be used to power a subwoofer with a maximum of 300 watts RMS when connected in single-channel mode. A unique feature of this amplifier is that you can select between two voltage modes to optimize the outputs for different speakers: high power for 4 ohm speakers, high current for 2 ohm speakers or a 4 ohm sub when the amplifier is bridged.

Pure signal path

The MPS 2.150 Limited has no audio filters to alter the purity of the amplified signal. The amplifier depends on being driven by a high-quality receiver or digital processor to provide the cleanest amplified signal possible, without added coloration or distortion. Separate gain controls for the two channels allow custom applications, such as when powering a tweeter and woofer in an active configuration.
