Important installation note
In order to be able to fully utilize this planar tweeter to satisfy every type of sound requirement, we have deliberately left the rear chamber open so that the reproducible range drops significantly compared to what is stated under conditions of practically non-existent distortion.
Thus leaving the possibility to use the tweeter as you see fit.
1) without the special adhesive tape on the rear chamber to obtain a wider reproducible range (4-30 KHz.) at the expense of distortion which can reach non-negligible levels, if high musical power is applied.
2) or by applying the special adhesive tape on the back of the tweeter, thus creating the stated sound reproduction conditions (5-30KHz.) in the absence of distortion even at high levels of applied power.
The choice of use is yours, always keeping in mind the real installation requirements.
NB. do not attempt to loosen the magnet fixing screws, as special equipment is required for their assembly as they repel each other with a force of approximately 30Kg. each.
Tampering with the tweeter by unauthorized personnel will void the warranty.
