HELIX K 8E.2 Subwoofer 8" dual voice coil 2ohm with Bass-Reflex cabinet

The most compact enclosure subwoofer in the K series. Despite its reduced dimensions, the K 8E.2 is a true specialist in deep bass that can easily compete with much larger "specific" models in terms of maximum sound pressure level.

The feet of the K 8E.2 cabinet have a dual purpose. On one hand, they are part of the construction of a downfire subwoofer and create a defined distance from the floor of the mounting surface, which is then cleverly used for reflection. At the same time, thanks to their velcro inserts, they reliably secure the subwoofer on carpets to prevent slipping, so in many cases no additional fastening is necessary.

An extremely hard cone in hand-cut paper fibers, connected to a heavy-duty 50 mm dual voice coil, effortlessly converts amplifier power without compression effects into maximum power, without neglecting acoustic details and sound precision. The dual voice coil design offers greater flexibility in choosing the appropriate power amplifier. Whether 1 x 4 Ohm, 2 x 2 Ohm or 1 x 1 Ohm: this "guarantor of deep bass" makes any configuration possible.
