The Elate Carbon shares most of the high-end components with its Pro siblings, but takes a slightly more reasonable approach. These 2 and 3-way systems were designed for those who want maximum performance but are looking for a discreet tweeter.

The compact design of the MT450 tweeter allows users to place the speaker in most factory positions or areas with limited space thanks to the included brackets. Despite its small size, the Acuflex-coated silk dome, open cavity design, and dual neodymium magnet motor of the MT450 give it surprising detail and a smooth and flat frequency response like silk.

All Elate Carbon 3-way systems receive the new 3.5" MM3 midrange cone. This small midrange uses the best of Morel technology, including the EVC motor, the 2.1" diameter high-power voice coil, and the highly damped carbon fiber/Rohacell membrane, which allows it to sound at lower frequencies and with greater control than most 4.5" speakers. Furthermore, it is able to handle considerable power. These attributes drastically improve system performance while allowing them to fit into most factory midrange locations.
