Hertz ECX 570.5 pair of two-way coaxial speakers from the new Energy series - Max Power 210 W

One speaker has been activated for in-store display and shows SLIGHT signs of mounting.

The Energy.5 coaxials are the solution for those who want to reproduce a wide range of frequencies without resorting to separate components: the coaxial tweeter completes the woofer's response by optimizing installation dimensions.
Neodymium tweeter with integrated crossover, cellulose membrane stiffened with deep reinforcements and careful tuning of the motor assembly contribute to enhancing sound linearity, off-axis response and tonal quality. The RHFC technology allows you to orient the tweeter, tilted at 10°, to control dispersion and approximate an ideal frequency response.

The Energy.5 line enhances the innovations introduced in the four version and becomes even more installable, even in factory installations, and more performing.

Each Energy.5 component has been developed with the objective of optimizing installation dimensions: careful study on the profile of woofers and coaxials has led, in the former, to baskets and more compact motor assemblies, and in the latter, to an alignment between the tweeter height and that of the woofer surround, reducing those thicknesses which, although minimal inside a door, become fundamental.

2. Voice coil in pure copper, wound on aluminum support, for exceptional thermal and mechanical capacity.
3. Oversized magnetic assembly for energetic control of the mobile unit.

5. Magnet coated in rubber, to ensure mechanical damping of the basket and motor assembly, and protect it from possible abrasions and damage.
6. Basket to DIN standards, coated with protective anti-abrasion and anti-scratch material.
7. High current terminals, tin-plated.
8. Silver-plated braids, for maximum reliability and conductivity.
9. Basket-motor assembly coupling in epoxy glue.
10. Nomex spider with shape memory, for constant and reliable performance.
11. Tweeter with high energy neodymium magnet.
12. RHFC, Rotary High Frequency Contour; adjustable system for best off-axis dispersion and perfect frequency response towards any listening point.
