DD Audio Digital Designs EC6.5 Woofer 6.5" + Tweeter 20mm + xover (kit)

The 2-way speakers of the E 6.5 series are perfect for those who want to instantly transform their system from standard to extraordinary. This set offers high-end features and exceptional sound that rivals much more expensive sets.

Kit composed of:

  • Woofer: The 6.5 inch woofer is equipped with an injection-molded polypropylene cone, rubber surround and rigid steel frame. To reduce inductance, extend high frequency response and increase efficiency, the voice coils are equipped with a dual slot former and the motor uses a copper pole cap. The soft parts are driven by a high flux 11 oz ferrite magnet motor.
  • Tweeter: The 20 mm silk dome tweeter is available with flush mount and surface mount solutions.
  • Crossover: The crossovers are made with high quality components, including mylar capacitors, air core segmented inductors and polyethylene fuses for tweeter protection. Two selectable tweeter levels are available for fine tuning of high frequencies.
