DynaDeck is a flooring covering designed to replace the vehicle's original carpet with an impermeable, resistant and sound-insulating technical surface. It consists of a multi-layer structure that combines high-resistance vinyl and thermo-acoustic foam, with the aim of reducing the transmission of noise and heat through the floor pan. The material is used in the automotive field, restoration and special vehicles where a surface resistant to wear and external agents is required.

How a DynaDeck covering works and what it is used for

A vehicle's floor is one of the main transmission paths for noise and heat coming from the road, engine and transmission. DynaDeck acts as a composite barrier, combining:

  • an upper layer of high-resistance vinyl
  • a lower layer of closed-cell thermo-acoustic foam

This structure allows you to:

  • attenuate road noise transmission
  • reduce heat passage from the vehicle bottom
  • improve overall cabin comfort
  • create a surface resistant to water, oils and wear

The material therefore functions as both an acoustic insulator and a technical floor finish.

  • can be removed and reused
  • adapts to the floor thanks to its weight and flexible structure
