Thanks to Composite Frame Technology ( CFT ) the Grandioso Sinfoni series, of which the CF165W is part, has a mechanical structure capable of damping the distortions created by the speaker's moving masses. Everything has been optimized using specific software for processing light alloys in order to drastically reduce turbulence under the cone.

In the CF165W the best materials available on the market have been used without any compromise, the basket structure is composed of 10 different individual aluminum components, all assembled with screws to counteract all spurious mechanical vibrations, making the installation of the speakers and subsequent setup much easier.

The carbon fiber cone of the CF165W was used to have maximum rigidity and reduced weight. Various tests and listening sessions revealed peaks at higher frequencies attributable to the chemical properties of the materials, which is why we conceived and developed a special compound for handbrush directly on the cone surface, in order to attenuate these frequencies.

The CF165W has a high excursion suspension that gives the speaker great extension towards low frequencies and a fast and decisive frequency response.
