Born from the same DNA as our flagship JL Audio C7 speakers, the C6 series combines the softness and transparency of a high-quality silk dome tweeter with a first-class 6.5-inch woofer to create a speaker system with exceptional refinement and dynamic capability.

C6-650 Features

  • Premium audio quality: Combining a full-frame 6.5-inch woofer with a 1-inch silk dome tweeter, the C6 series delivers advanced audio technology for an exceptional listening experience in the car. If purchased as a component system, the speaker system includes premium passive crossover networks.
  • DMA-Optimized Woofers: Proprietary motor modeling, suspension, and cone systems are used, which allow for reduced distortion, improved transient performance, and exceptional audio quality. The woofer center cap is designed to optimize high-frequency response and ensure a perfect transition to the tweeter.
  • Silk dome tweeter: The pure silk dome tweeter with guided surround, matched with the C6 woofer, produces brilliant detail with excellent off-axis response and damping for balanced coverage in the listening environment. An automatic solid-state tweeter protection circuit minimizes the possibility of tweeter failure.
  • Passive Crossovers: Included in every C6 component system, these premium filter networks offer 4 levels of tweeter adjustment. The three-way component system includes an additional 4 levels of midrange adjustment. All incorporate polyester and electrolytic film capacitors, as well as low-loss air-core inductors, all accessible under a protective polycarbonate cover.
