Audio System ASY-12 subwoofer 320mm 2x2 Ohm, power 2x500 Watt RMS

ASY-12 subwoofer with 32 cm (12 inch) cone featuring a reinforced suspension system with double-layer progressive spiders, maintaining consistent performance over time, especially in the demanding use typical of Bass Wars events.

Heat dissipation is fundamental for this type of use and has been maximized through careful design. The use of a robust 75 mm (3 inch) dual-winding voice coil (2 + 2 Ω) developed in a 4-layer configuration on a support with ventilation holes allows the ASY-12 to handle the impressive peak power of 2000 W.

The basket has been designed for optimal heat dissipation and high mechanical resistance.

The unpressed paper cone with the addition of cotton fiber is the ideal compromise between rigidity and lightness, essential for a high sensitivity value. Suspensions and cables are oversized to withstand the very high excursions generated by the massive ferrite motor.

The push connectors accept cables with a cross-section up to 12 AWG, for practical and secure connection, suitable for the high currents involved.
