Audison APBX 10 AS2 Compact active subwoofer 25cm Prima series

Active subwoofer Prima series with 10 inch driver, equipped with a dedicated amplification module for high performance that enhances the passive technologies of the subwoofer. Among the features of the APBX 10 AS2 stand out immediately the 2S² design (2 sides / 2 sounds), the Plug & Play terminal board and the ultra-compact dimensions.
The amplification module, with power of 400W RMS, is developed with he-li technology (high efficiency / low impedance) and achieves the impressive efficiency level of 90%. The new DBT (Dynamic Bass Tracking) technology of the input stage allows you to use 100% of the power of the he-li amplifier (High Efficiency Low Impedance) and to enjoy tight and dynamic bass even at very high listening volumes. The elimination of the voltage multiplier was made possible thanks to the development of new dual coil drivers, which inherit all the technological background of Prima subwoofers, but differ in the ultra-low impedance (0.16 ohm for APBX 10 AS). This characteristic guarantees perfect synergy with he-li technology, maximizing the combination of amplifier, speakers and sealed enclosure, to obtain low, powerful and clear frequencies.
The control section is complete and provides optimal adjustment of the low frequency emission in the car interior. The 12dB / oct. Butterworth low-pass filter with variable cutoff frequency (50-200 Hz) can be bypassed, if used with an AP bit processor with pre-out output dedicated to the sub. The adjustable bass boost control (0 ÷ 6 dB) at 45 Hz allows the user to emphasize the response in the lower part of the spectrum. The high-level speaker input on multi-pole connector facilitates integration with OEM audio systems while the low-level input on RCA is dedicated to connection with aftermarket sources. The automatic subwoofer on / off function ART (Automatic Remote Turn-On) can be configured to be controlled by the remote signal from the source, by voltage variation on the high-level input or by audio signal on both inputs. The phase control (0 - 180 °) completes the equipment. The SSP terminal board (Sub Smart Plug) is equipped with a single Plug & Play connector to be able to disconnect the enclosure easily and safely.
