Ultra-high resolution audio system for Alpine F1 car

Digital recording continues to progress toward higher bit depths and sampling frequencies.

While some recording studios record up to 384 kHz/32 bit, the convenience of lower resolution files with sampling frequencies of 44.1 kHz/16 bit found on CDs or highly compressed music from streaming services has become widely accepted as "good enough". However, much of the original content is lost when playing music at these sampling frequencies lower than those originally recorded. High resolution audio was created to satisfy the listener's desire to enjoy music as the original artist intended.
AlpineF#1 was designed as the first complete audio system for vehicles capable not only of reproducing this full high resolution sound, but of doing so in the challenging environment presented by the interior of a vehicle.
