The steel pole made of alloy with very low carbon content, machined with the help of magnet analysis software (FEM) and cold forged in a single piece, creates a perfect geometry. In this way, further concentration of the magnet force is achieved right in front of the voice coil, concentrating the magnetic force where it is needed. The motor with Y35 ferrite magnet is optimized with FEA simulation to ensure perfectly symmetrical magnetic flux in both directions of the cone travel. The metal parts of the motor are machined from solid and refined materials to achieve maximum linearity of magnetic flux and minimum magnetic loss.


This reduces distortion at high power levels. Basket frame in die-cast aluminum alloy. This structure offers great rigidity and minimal resistance to airflow movement, without altering sound quality. The aluminum basket casting follows strict procedures that ensure compliance with regulatory specifications and help maintain consistent casting quality. Pole plate in alloy steel with very low carbon content machined by CNC. This type of manufacturing process guarantees perfect flatness, so it positions perfectly flush with the magnet without reducing crucial magnetic flux. The large voice coil in copper-coated aluminum is able to handle very high power, reproducing music with extreme realism and high dynamics. The voice coil in copper-coated aluminum wire is very light and has excellent heat dissipation capacity.

The tweeter is equipped with a high modulus silk dome for homogeneous sound, with an external surround covered with high loss damping material to eliminate vibrations and resonances at the edges. Cone in unbleached cellulose pulp with long fiber and a special external treatment that makes this material a perfect combination of lightness, rigidity and internal damping.
