Pole made of steel alloy with very low carbon content machined by CNC using magnetic analysis software (FEM), cold forged in a single piece to create perfect geometry. This achieves further concentration of the magnet force right in front of the voice coil, concentrating the magnetic force where it is needed. The motor with Y35 ferrite magnet is optimized with FEA simulation to ensure perfectly symmetrical magnetic flux in both directions of cone travel.

The metal parts of the motor are machined from solid refined materials to achieve maximum magnetic flux linearity and minimal magnetic loss. This reduces distortion at high power levels. Basket frame in die-cast aluminum alloy. This structure offers great rigidity and minimal resistance to air flow movement, without altering sound quality. The casting of this aluminum basket follows rigorous procedures that ensure compliance with regulatory specifications and help maintain consistent casting quality.

Pole plate made of steel alloy with very low carbon content machined by CNC. This type of manufacturing process guarantees perfect flatness, so it fits perfectly flush with the magnet without reducing crucial magnetic flux. The large copper-coated aluminum voice coil is capable of handling very high power levels, reproducing music with extreme realism and high dynamics. The voice coil in copper-coated aluminum wire is very lightweight and has excellent heat dissipation capacity.

Cone made of unbleached cellulose pulp with long fiber and a special external treatment that makes this material a perfect combination of lightness, rigidity and internal damping. Surround suspension in soft nitrile rubber, resistant to UV rays and unaffected by temperature changes, in order to preserve in the long term the superior acoustic qualities of this speaker. The special edge design ensures perfect and free movement forward and backward. Deluxe protective grille in stainless steel.
