The Wet Sounds Marine Media Center is a Bluetooth®-compatible marine multimedia system, composed of two units: a multichannel and multizone marine quality source unit. The system includes the MC-MD (main display) and the MC-BB (Black Box). The MC1 is fully customizable, allowing users to store their preferred sources, including Bluetooth streaming, and preset audio settings across all four zones. Users can set multiple volume levels for different living environments and label these settings for quick and immediate access while on the water.

Installation is simple and the vivid color display features dual automatic day/night modes that adjust based on the vessel's lighting. The MC1 offers access to a wide range of audio sources, including Bluetooth audio streaming, AM/FM/weather band radio, USB input with iPhone/iPod connectivity and charging, Pandora, auxiliary input, and SiriusXM-Ready® functionality (tuner and subscription required). An exclusive Wet Sounds feature enables control of up to four RGB LED lighting zones when paired with a compatible Wet Sounds/Shadowcaster RGB LED lighting controller.

Regarding audio performance, the MC1 offers four independent zones with 4-volt audio outputs, each with customizable labels for easy control. It also includes a built-in 25 W x 4 amplifier. Once zone levels are set, users can adjust the entire system volume with a single command. Designed for ease of use, the MC1 is ideal whether at the dock, in a party cove, or cruising.

Engineered to withstand the most extreme marine conditions, the unit is rated IPX6. The 5-inch display includes a voltage monitor and an alarm that alerts users when the battery level is running low. The MC1 operating system supports firmware updates via USB without needing to remove the unit. When paired with a SiriusXM Connect tuner, users can view album artwork and pause, rewind, or replay content. Via USB, users can browse playlists and folders and view color album artwork.

For extended control beyond the helm, the system supports up to two MC-TR transom mirror remote controls and two additional MC-MD units for multiple control points. The MC-TR, also rated IPX6, is available separately from Wet Sounds.
