Match M 5DSP 5-channel Class GD micro amplifier with 7-channel DSP processor. As small as a cigarette package, but with giant performance and features.

Among the features of the M 5DSP amplifier we discover two power configurations: the "HighPower" mode for maximum performance and the "Mid Power" with reduced power and low energy consumption, suitable for Plug & Play applications. Optical input in SPDIF format with sampling frequencies between 6 and 96 kHz. Automatic remote switch, intelligent high-level input with ADEP circuit. DSP with 7 audio channels and a resolution of 56 bit/172 mHz.

M 5DSP Strengths

Just 11 cm in length and 8.5 cm in width for the new M 5DSP micro-amplifier, suitable even for the smallest spaces inside a car. The new Class GD guarantees a high degree of efficiency, thus minimal cooling needs.

"Mid Power" Mode (4 x 35 Watts RMS) is designed to provide more power and dynamics to OEM speakers also thanks to the DSP. However, the choice of "HighPower" Mode (4 x 60 Watts RMS) OEM speakers must be replaced.

"Power Save Mode"

The "Power Save Mode" for energy saving is provided in the basic configuration of the PC-Tool DSP software. When this mode is active it allows you to significantly reduce the power consumption of the M 5DSP amplifier (and any additional connected amplifier) once there is no input signal for more than 60 seconds. Once energy saving mode is activated, the output current of the M 5DSP is stopped, thus reducing consumption to less than 250 mA. The M 5DSP amplifier will automatically return to full operation within 2 seconds of receiving a musical signal.

It is possible to either modify the 60-second shutdown time or completely disable the "Power Save Mode" via the DSP PC-Tool.

M 5DSP Unlimited Connection Possibilities

Beyond a simple upgrade of the OEM system there are many possibilities to unleash the power of M 5DSP, it can drive a high-quality front system and add a subwoofer. The entire system can be tuned and driven by the 7-channel DSP integrated in the M5 DSP.
