Gold-plated connectors and speaker terminal, the XR2420 amplifier offers greater conductivity and low signal loss. Gold has lower electrical and contact resistance, which prevents voltage drops, noise, overheating and other inconveniences.

XR2420 MOS-FET power amplifier

There is only one way in which Clarion source units are able to deliver maximum linearity and output power: MOS-FET amplification, that is metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistor amplification. Smaller and more efficient than conventional power supplies, the MOS-FET amplification circuit delivers power with reduced distortion and no On/Off switching noise. You can turn the volume up to maximum or opt for undemanding listening. In any case, the sound will be transparent.

Low-pass crossover (XR2420)

XR2420 has integrated low-pass filters. This allows easy configuration of more complex audio systems that integrate multiple amplifiers and subwoofers.
