MOSCONI GLADEN ZERO 1 - 2-channel amplifier, power 2x 450 Watt RMS / 4 Ohm stereo

Class AB amplifier with regulated power supply that reaches incredible power and sound of grandiose dynamics. MOS HyperDrive & OverCold functions to be protagonists in SPL competitions.

With the MOS HyperDrive function we removed the "limiter" from an amplifier already . Using MOS HyperDrive you reach very high power levels that allow you to achieve a dynamics never experienced before with other acoustic systems. The MOS OverCold function activates the cooling fans at maximum speed.

Technical specifications:
- 2x 450 Watt RMS / 4 Ohm stereo
- 2x 850 Watt RMS / 2 Ohm stereo
- 1x 1700 Watt RMS / 4 Ohm mono
- 1x 3000 Watt RMS / 2 Ohm mono
- MOS HyperDrive and MOS OverCold competition modes!
- Dimensions 590 x 250 x 50 mm

To explain what MOS HyperDrive is, we have attached the document with the product's technical instructions.

"The MOS HyperDrive function is to be understood exclusively as a high dynamic power mode. With the use of the MOS HyperDrive function it is possible to reach very high and clear power levels that allow you to achieve a dynamics never experienced before with any acoustic system. The real limit in the use of MOS HyperDrive is the intervention of thermal protection.

The lower the impedance of the speaker system, the faster the thermal protection will intervene.

MOS suggests limiting the MOS HyperDrive function for large and heavy subwoofers (particularly for 2 Ohm BTL configurations) only for competitions in race fields, because the thermal intervention will be reached so quickly as to make the amplifier unusable and the thermal stress to which the internal components are exposed could potentially be damaging to the long-term reliability of the amplifier. The aforementioned mode is to be understood exclusively as a temporary over-boost."

ADVANTAGES:
- Very high power levels (increase greater than 50%)
- Incomparable acoustic quality and dynamics, impossible to obtain with any other high-power class AB amplifier on the market.

DISADVANTAGES:
- High temperatures during operation, especially for 2 Ohm and 4 Ohm BTL configurations.
As in any competition, to achieve the best results it is necessary to take some risks. For this reason MOS developed the MOS HyperDrive function expressly for race use, therefore for very brief periods of use.
However, in normal use in stereo 4 Ohm configurations the MOS HyperDrive function is recommended because it enriches the sound with incomparable acoustic quality and dynamics.
The MOS OverCold function activates the cooling fans at maximum speed.
