Sony XM-4ES Features

The power supply block has been carefully designed to offer you reduced noise and extremely efficient electrical transmission, while the direct current converter with toroidal transformer reduces electromagnetic interference. The channel block and Class D amplification system are perfectly isolated together with their grounding circuits, so as to perfectly reproduce the crystalline details of the highest frequencies with minimal signal interference. Made with oxygen-free copper (OFC) cables, the enhanced inductors have lower internal resistance compared to traditional ones, for superior sound characteristics.

Additionally, high-capacity electrolytic capacitors allow for precise and responsive bass reproduction. The speaker terminal is equipped with hexagonal head screws, ideal for securely tightening connections even with bare wires or wire lugs (up to AWG 8). This way you can always rely on a secure connection, superior electrical performance and high-quality audio. The new signal summing function combines filtered audio signals from modern car audio systems, such as those for separate tweeters, woofers and subwoofers, amplifying easily and precisely the entire stereo frequency range. And you can even send the consolidated line-level signal to other mono or stereo amplifiers in the chain: this guarantees great flexibility in installation on any vehicle and in configuring your audio system.
