The XDM1000/5 delivers up to 1,000 W of clean power and is ideal for a subwoofer system + four satellite speakers of audiophile level. With this powerful power system, you can drive two pairs of quality component speaker systems with plenty of clean power (75 W x 4 at 4 Ω), while generating robust 600 W power for a subwoofer system. The technology that makes all this power possible in such a small chassis is our high-speed NexD™ switching amplifier design.

Suitable for automotive or marine installations, the XDM1000/5 is built with marine-grade materials and features an exclusive dual-mode input filter for noise-free performance in boats or cars. Automatic turn-on functionality is also integrated (via signal sensing or DC offset sensing) to facilitate factory system upgrades.

The XDM1000/5 includes a 12 dB/octave high-pass filter for a pair of main channels, a 12 dB/octave high-pass or band-pass filter for the other pair of main channels, plus a variable-slope low-pass filter for the subwoofer channel. All three filters offer continuously variable crossover frequency selection from 50 to 500 Hz.

The filters on this amplifier can also be configured as a true 3-way crossover, with a low-pass filter for the subwoofer channel, a band-pass filter on channel 3 and 4 and a high-pass filter on ch. 1 and 2. An "x10" multiplier on the channel Ch. High-pass filter 1 and 2 allows you to adjust the crossover frequency from 50-500 Hz or 500-5000 Hz. With the addition of an optional remote level controller HD-RLC or MHD-RLC (water-resistant) (each sold separately), you have the ability to adjust the level of all amplifier channels or only the subwoofer channel directly from the driver's seat or helm.

Finished with an elegant black powder coating, all controls are protected by a removable and sealed top cover for easy access.
