Audison SR 4.500 4-Channel Class D Amplifier SR

SR line, perfected by fully exploiting the functionalities of the most recent amplification devices. After numerous listening tests with professionals and enthusiasts, the Audison research and development team decided to adopt a new class D technology called ADT (Audison D-Class Technology) for this line of amplifiers, which made it possible to considerably reduce their size while completely preserving the audio performance that characterizes every Audison project.

As far as electronic design is concerned, every aesthetic and functional detail of the Audison SR 4.500 has been carefully considered, resulting in a compact amplifier made of extruded aluminum with rounded corners that facilitates product installation in tight spaces. Thanks to the generous heat sinks on the two short sides of the amplifiers, internal cooling fans are not necessary, which are often a source of noise and dust accumulation.

As per tradition, the SR amplifiers confirm their vocation for versatility by including a complete filter section on all models, suitable for any type of audio system configuration. The controls, protected by a brushed aluminum panel, are located on the top panel of the amplifier, to be easily accessible from above even after product installation. When the system includes an Audison bit processor, the filter section can be completely excluded.

Audison_USS

Thanks to the integration of Audison USS (Universal Speakers Simulator) technology in the high-level inputs, the SR amplifiers can also be properly connected to OEM sources equipped with the "speaker load detection" function that monitors the presence of a low impedance load enabling audio outputs.

Audison SR 4.500 allows multiple connections

All models are equipped with balanced high-level inputs for connection to the speaker output of the OEM head unit and low-level RCA for aftermarket ones. When using the high-level input, the ART function (Automatic Remote Turn On / Off) can be enabled to control the amplifiers' power with the head unit's power button. Additionally, there is a remote IN / OUT jack to allow control of multiple amplifiers in cascade that turn on when needed.

Through the PRE-OUT signal using the Speaker-IN input it is possible to interface the amplifier with OEM sources equipped with only amplified outputs, allowing system expansion.
