Alpine S-A55V 5-channel S-Series Class D amplifier, with a power of 4 x 60W + 1 x 300W @ 2 Ohms

S-Series amplifier: a perfect match with speakers from the same line. It boasts very high heat resistance and does not shut down due to overheating. It also features excellent sound quality in its price range.

Alpine S-A55V completely digital design

Compact and powerful: the new digital amplification circuit allows high power while maintaining a reduced footprint. The S-A55V measures only 286 mm wide x 204 mm long for easy installation in virtually any vehicle.

The new S-Series amplifiers are equipped with an improved heat sink circuit design and protection that eliminates thermal shutdown, for reliable music reproduction.

The speaker and power cable terminals are conveniently positioned on the left side of the amplifier to allow for clean installation. The power cable terminals accept heavy gauge cables.

The 5-channel RCA speaker signal inputs accept low and high power signals. This simplifies connecting the S-A55V directly to the original car stereo system, regardless of the power unit output (RCA connectors with open cables are available separately).

The RUX-KNOB bass knob (available as an accessory, sold separately) can be connected to the S-A55V to control the subwoofer level directly from the dashboard (applicable only for channel 5 for subwoofer use).

High-Pass / Low-Pass Filter. With this filter you can adjust the frequencies for door speakers or a subwoofer. You can then adjust the cutoff frequency for more precise tuning.
