Alpine R-A60F 4-channel power amplifier R series with a rated power of 4 x 150W RMS at 2 Ohm and a maximum power of 1,200W.

The "R" line of speakers and subwoofers has a heritage of sound quality that you can hear from a block away. Beyond their best-in-class performance, these amplifiers are tuned to emphasize the characteristics of the R-series speakers and subwoofers.

The new 4-channel R-series amplifier produces enormous output power (1200 W) and is compatible with Hi-Res Audio. Use it with the speakers of the R-Series (in bridge mode) for a strong and fun sound experience.

Strengths of the R-A60F

Small Footprint
Compact and powerful: the new digital amplification circuit enables high power while maintaining a small footprint. The R-A60F measures only 274 mm wide x 223 mm long for easy installation in virtually any vehicle.

Thermal Protection

Together with Alpine's new intelligent amplification platform, the new R-Series amplifiers feature an improved heat sink design and protection circuit that eliminates thermal shutdown for reliable music playback.

Band-Pass Filter, High-Pass and Low-Pass Filter
A built-in bandpass filter is present which allows you to design an active speaker system without the use of a separate processor or passive crossover.

High-End Audio Components
Alpine R-Series amplifiers use many audiophile-grade and custom components to achieve excellent sound quality and accuracy. The image shows, for example, high-quality and high-capacity capacitors, custom-designed for Alpine.

Control Your Subwoofer
You can connect the RUX-KNOB2 bass knob (available as an accessory) to the R-A60F to control the subwoofer level directly from the dashboard (channels 3+4 in bridge mode).
