The Alpine PDR-F50 amplifier PDR-Power Series PDR-Power offers excellent performance combined with a compact design for easy and comfortable installation. The Alpine engineering team used many technologies present in the prestigious PDX range and the result was that the amplifiers of the PDR Series provide the widest bandwidth overall, the best signal-to-noise ratio, the lowest distortion and a higher damping factor than any other amplifier in their class combined with great power.

PDR-F50 - Small but powerful! Unparalleled reliability
Excessive heat is the enemy of amplifiers and under extreme conditions it will result in them shutting down. PDR amplifiers use a special Multi-Stage Power Management circuit that constantly monitors the temperatures of critical components throughout the amplifier and decreases power if something gets too hot. If you are playing heavy loads of music for long periods, the circuit automatically reduces power, slightly at first, then decreases it further in a second phase, if necessary.
