HDP 5 is a five-channel Class D amplifier suitable for complex installations, which can deliver up to 950W total power. The on-board crossovers are configurable as Full Range and Hi-Pass at 12dB/Oct. or Hi-Pass + Band-Pass and Lo-Pass at 24dB/Oct.. The extremely flexible crossover section allows the HDP 5 to be used in multiple installations with excellent acoustic results.

Maximum versatility also in connections: HDP 5 is equipped with the HDP IN system which, through Speaker In and RCA inputs, allows interfacing with both OEM and aftermarket sources. The Speaker In inputs feature the ART™ function, Automatic Remote Turn On-Off, which can be disabled by the user. It is equipped with a status monitor that communicates with the user through an LED system.

The power stage is equipped with a dual power supply to ensure stable energy flow.
The heatsink with dual extrusion and Hertz logo, backlit and rotatable, allows for particularly refined installations.

  • Special balanced input circuitry for high rejection of electromagnetic interference, on Pre-In and Speaker-In inputs
  • HDP Input features Speaker In inputs (for OEM car stereos) and RCA In inputs (for Aftermarket car stereos)
  • ART, Automatic Remote Turn-On/Off, automatically turns on and off the amplifier when the OEM car stereo turns on and off (can only be enabled/disabled with Speaker In)
  • Dual power supply: one for channels A and B and one dedicated solely to channel C, both made with toroidal transformer with multiwire windings and Low ESR 105°C capacitors; stable at 2 Ω (1000W RMS), based on robust T220-5pin power Mosfets
  • Extremely flexible crossover, configurable as full range and Hi-pass at 12 dB/Oct. on channels A&B front + rear, or Hi-Pass +Band-Pass on channels A&B multichannel and Lo-Pass at 24 dB/Oct. on channel C to optimize subwoofer control
  • Dedicated switch for quick amplifier configuration in 3-channel mode to achieve 200 W x 2 (4Ω) + 550 W x 1 (2Ω) power.
