Zapco ASP-OE8 eight-channel OEM adapter 9.5 Volt

The ASP-OE8 is an 8-channel line converter, but it is a true active preamp with 9.5 Volt output with adjustable gain and automatic turn-on switch. With the ASP-OE8 you will get the same crystalline mids and highs and solid rock-like bass that you would expect from any Zapco signal processor.

As we all know, it is becoming increasingly difficult to change the factory sources in newer automobiles. Many consumers, and even some auto dealers, mistakenly believe they can solve mediocre sound by changing the factory source. The real problem is the passive LOC adapter regularly used for conversion. Passive LOCs drastically reduce bass response and add distortion at high levels. Zapco's OEM adapters are all active devices designed to make the factory source sound as good as an aftermarket installation: smooth highs and full-bodied, deep bass. All Zapco processors are also 9.5 Volt line drivers.
