The MOSCONI AS series amplifiers are completely designed, developed and manufactured in Italy. More than that, MOS has established an "industrial district" within a 100 km radius precisely to verify every step of all processing and manufacturing procedures. This choice, which goes against the trend in the industry compared to all other competitors, was deliberate and sought in order to ensure electronic assembly and components complying with the highest quality standards and to qualify the uniqueness of a high-quality design of mechanical parts in combination with quality control of every processing step.

THE SOUND
The analog signal processors used at strategic points in the amplification phase contribute to creating the uniqueness of the sound and tonal character of the MOSCONI AS series. The power audio stages and the DC/DC converter exclusively employ AUTOMOTIVE MOSfet devices and guarantee high current delivery combined with high transient response speed. The integrated preamplifier features low-noise and anti-bump circuitry (to eliminate background noise and power-on transients) which are the synthesis of MOSCONI know-how.


THE POWER
MOSCONI AS series represents the commitment made by MOS to create amplifiers designed not only for sound but also for competitions and SPL. The available power, high current and impressive dynamics are the characteristics guaranteed by a design refined in every detail. The use of dedicated semiconductors, the distribution of power across transformers in parallel, the adoption of a highly efficient heat dissipation system, guarantee the power, quality, control and reliability necessary to drive loads down to 1 Ohm in stereo or down to 2 Ohm bridge BTL.

A circuit called S.V.S. (Service Voltage Stabilizer) guarantees optimal operation of all amplifier services and the DC/DC converter, effectively decoupling the performance of the internal circuitry from battery voltage. Advanced technology for electromagnetic disturbance suppression was also employed in the DC/DC converter design, which drastically reduces its generation and propagation in the vehicle's electrical system.

Each amplifier is also equipped with its own internal MIDIVAL® fuse (ANL standard)
