MOSCONI AS series amplifiers are entirely designed, developed and manufactured in Italy.

Supplied with slots for optional cards G_HOC (preconfigured optimization for specific vehicle models to obtain perfect tuning in an economical and simple way), G_FSA (to adjust the soundstage on the front), G_HP/LP (frequency cuts from 25Hz to 8000Hz to increase crossover capabilities) and G_BTL_MONO (for bridge mono configurations).

THE SOUND

The analog signal processors used at strategic points in the amplification phase contribute to creating the uniqueness of the sound and timbre of MOSCONI AS series. The power audio stages and the DC/DC converter use exclusively AUTOMOTIVE type MOSfet devices and guarantee high current delivery combined with high transient response speed. The integrated preamplifier features low-noise and anti-bump circuitry (to eliminate background noise and power-on transients) that are the synthesis of MOSCONI know-how.

THE POWER

MOSCONI AS series represents MOS's commitment to manufacturing amplifiers designed not only for sound but also for competitions and SPL. The available power, high current and impressive dynamics are the characteristics guaranteed by a project carefully planned in every detail. The use of dedicated semiconductors, the distribution of power across parallel transformers, the adoption of a highly efficient heat dissipation system, guarantee plenty of power, quality, control and reliability necessary to drive loads down to 1 Ohm in stereo or down to 2 Ohm bridge BTL.

A circuit called S.V.S. (Service Voltage Stabilizer) ensures optimal operation of all amplifier functions and the DC/DC converter, effectively decoupling the performance of internal circuits from battery voltage. In designing the DC/DC converter as well, advanced technology was employed for electromagnetic interference suppression, which dramatically reduces its generation and diffusion in the vehicle's electrical system.

Each amplifier is also equipped with its own internal fuse of MIDIVAL® type (ANL standard)
