MOSCONI AS series amplifiers are entirely designed, developed and manufactured in Italy.

This choice, which goes against the trend of all other competitors in the industry, was made and pursued to ensure electronic assembly and components that meet the highest quality standards and to qualify the uniqueness of a high design of mechanical parts in combination with quality control of each process.

Equipped with slots for optional cards G_HOC (preconfigured optimization for specific vehicle models to achieve perfect tuning in an economical and simple way), G_FSA (to adjust the soundstage to the front), G_HP/LP (frequency cuts from 25Hz to 8000Hz to increase the potential of the crossover) and G_BTL_MONO (for bridge mono configurations).

THE SOUND

The analog signal processors used at strategic points in the amplification phase contribute to creating the uniqueness of the sound and timbre of the MOSCONI AS series. The power audio stages and the DC/DC converter employ exclusively AUTOMOTIVE type MOSfet devices and guarantee high current delivery combined with high transient response speed. The integrated preamplifier incorporates low-noise and anti-bump circuits (to eliminate background noise and power-on transients) that are the synthesis of MOSCONI know-how.

THE POWER

MOSCONI AS series represents MOS's commitment to manufacturing amplifiers designed not only for sound but also for competitions and SPL. The available power, high current and impressive dynamics are the characteristics guaranteed by a project carefully designed in every detail. The use of dedicated semiconductors, the distribution of power over transformers in parallel, the adoption of a highly efficient heat dissipation system, guarantee strong power, quality, control and reliability necessary to drive loads down to 1 Ohm in stereo or down to 2 Ohm bridge BTL.

A circuit called S.V.S. (Service Voltage Stabilizer) guarantees optimal operation of all amplifier services and the DC/DC converter, effectively decoupling the performance of internal circuits from battery voltage. Advanced technology for electromagnetic interference suppression was also employed in the design of the DC/DC converter, drastically reducing its generation and spread in the vehicle's electrical system.

Each amplifier is also equipped with its own internal MIDIVAL® type fuse (ANL standard)
