MOSCONI AS series amplifiers are fully designed, developed and manufactured in Italy. Built in an "industrial district" within a 100 km radius specifically to verify every minimal step of all manufacturing and production processes.

Supplied with slots for optional cards G_HOC (pre-configured optimization for specific vehicle models to achieve perfect tuning in an economical and simple way), G_FSA (to adjust the soundstage at the front), G_HP/LP (frequency cuts from 25Hz to 8000Hz to increase crossover capabilities) and G_BTL_MONO (for bridge mono configurations).

THE SOUND

The analog signal processors used at strategic points in the amplification stage contribute to creating the uniqueness of the sound and timbre of MOSCONI AS series. The power audio stages and DC/DC converter use exclusively AUTOMOTIVE type MOSfet devices and guarantee high current delivery coupled with high transient response speed. The integrated preamplifier incorporates low-noise and anti-bump circuitry (to eliminate background noise and power-on transients) which are the synthesis of MOSCONI know-how.


THE POWER

MOSCONI AS series represents MOS's commitment to building amplifiers designed not only for sound but also for competitions and SPL. The power available, high current and impressive dynamics are the characteristics guaranteed by a design cared for in every detail. The use of dedicated semiconductors, power distribution across parallel transformers, the adoption of a highly efficient heat dissipation system, guarantee the power, quality, control and reliability needed to drive loads down to 1 Ohm in stereo or down to 2 Ohm bridge BTL.

A circuit called S.V.S. (Service Voltage Stabilizer) ensures optimal operation of all amplifier services and the DC/DC converter, actually decoupling the performance of the internal circuits from the battery voltage. Advanced technology for electromagnetic noise suppression was also employed in the DC/DC converter design, which drastically reduces its generation and diffusion in the vehicle's electrical system.

Each amplifier is also equipped with its own internal MIDIVAL® fuse (ANL standard)
