The MOSCONI AS series amplifiers, to which the AS 100.4 model also belongs, are entirely designed, developed and produced in Italy. Amplifiers meticulously designed and checked during their manufacturing process to ensure electronic assembly and components that meet the highest quality standards and to guarantee the uniqueness of a high design of mechanical parts in combination with quality control of every processing.

Supplied with slots for optional cards G_HOC (preconfigured optimization for specific vehicle models to obtain perfect tuning in an economical and simple way), G_FSA (to adjust the sound stage at the front), G_HP/LP (frequency cuts from 25Hz to 8000Hz to increase crossover capabilities) and G_BTL_MONO (for mono bridge configurations).

Sound quality guaranteed MOSCONI
The analog signal processors used at strategic points in the amplification phase contribute to creating the uniqueness of the sound and timbral characteristics of the MOSCONI AS series. The power audio stages and DC/DC converter use exclusively automotive-type MOSfet devices and guarantee high current delivery combined with high response speed to transients. The integrated preamplifier incorporates low-noise and anti-bump circuits (to eliminate background noise and power-on transients) which are the synthesis of MOSCONI know-how.


Power and detail, a winning tradition
MOSCONI AS series represents the commitment made by MOS to manufacture amplifiers designed, in addition to sound also for competitions and SPL. The available power, high current and impressive dynamics are the characteristics guaranteed by a project designed down to the smallest details. The use of dedicated semiconductors, power distribution over parallel transformers, the adoption of an highly efficient heat dissipation system, guarantee strength, quality, control and reliability needed to drive loads down to 1 Ohm in stereo or down to 2 Ohm bridge BTL.

A circuit called S.V.S. (Service Voltage Stabilizer) guarantees optimal operation of all amplifier services and DC/DC converter, effectively decoupling the performance of internal circuits from battery voltage. Advanced technology for electromagnetic interference suppression was also employed in the design of the DC/DC converter, which drastically reduces its generation and diffusion in the vehicle's electrical system.

Each amplifier is also equipped with its own internal MIDIVAL® fuse (ANL standard)
